Well, today we are going to learn about mammals! So first of all we´re going to watch a video:
Bien, ¡pues hoy vamos a aprender sobre los mamíferos! Así que antes de nada vamos a ver un vídeo:

As you see, all mammals have some common characteristics that will help you recognize them:
Como puedes ver, todos los mamíferos tienen en común algunas características que pueden ayudarte a identificarlos:
⏩ They are viviparous. This means that they are born from their mother's womb.
Son vivíparos. Esto quiere decir que nacen de los vientres de sus madres.
⏩ In their early stages of life, they feed on milk, which they get from their mothers' breasts.
En las primeras etapas de su vida, se alimentan de leche, que obtienen de las mamas de sus madres.
⏩ Most mammals' bodies are covered with hair, and all mammals breathe with their lungs, even if they live in the sea.
La mayoría de los mamíferos tiene el cuerpo cubierto de pelo, y todos los mamíferos respiran a través de sus pulmones, incluso si viven en el mar.
Now that you know a little more about the animal kingdom, you can add what you've learned to your Animal Research Project. When you are done click on the next link to play a game which you will learn lots of new animal names with!
